  • Creating a monthly newsletter strategy and content planning. Creating a good strategy gives you the opportunity to develop and grow an online community of people that are relevant to your business. Valuable content sent through newsletters is a gold for your marketing strategy.
  • Creating unique content for each newsletter. Because top-quality content is my priority.
  • Checking grammar, spelling, and readability. Eliminating spelling errors and grammatical mistakes is a must.
  • Adding social sharing buttons. This is the best way for your content to be shared on readers’ social media accounts.
  • Testing before sending. Each newsletter is tested before being sent, in order to avoid common mistakes.
  • Sending monthly newsletters. If you send newsletters too often, you risk having higher complaint rates. Two times per month is the optimal choice for a monthly newsletter.

Once per month. However, if you have a new product coming up or if you’re organizing an event that you want to promote, we can arrange another newsletter during the period of this service. I wouldn’t send out newsletters more than two times per month, however.

Why is two times per month the optimal choice for a newsletter?
Because any more than that and you risk spamming your contacts and boring them with your emails. Once per month is great, two is the upper limit. After all, you want to inform your contacts of what you’re up to, not make them send your emails to spam.

When will traffic towards my website increase?
There’s no telling when exactly this will happen, but newsletters will definitely drive more traffic towards your website. You just have to be patient. After all, email marketing is one of the most powerful ways of gaining new customers and followers.

What if I’m not satisfied with the newsletter?
Seeing that you get to check everything and that I test everything out before emailing out the newsletters, this shouldn’t happen. If it does, we will discuss what we can do to fix this.
