How is this going to work?

  1. First of all, we will establish together what your main questions about your online presence are, during a Skype (or Zoom) consultation call.
  2. At this point, I would ask you to give me access to the Analytics Data of your main online platforms (max 4, if you have more we can agree upon increasing the rate, or I can suggest you which ones would be best to analyze in your situation). I have experience with nearly every social media site, Mailchimp or similar email marketing services, Google Analytics, WordPress, Shopify, Etsy and Amazon Seller Central. And I am willing to check out more platforms!
  3. After ten days, I provide you with a complete, clear, transparent report, answering all the questions we agreed upon in our first meeting, as well showing you any other insight that I have found and might be interesting for you to figure out your strategy and next steps.
  4. I happily answer all the questions you have about the data and about my conclusions.

What do I need from you?

In order to analyze your Analytics data, I would need you to grant me some permissions to access the statistics of the online platforms I am going to analyze. For most of them, you have the possibility to give me some level of admin rights without having to share your passwords with me. I would also need a few background information about your company, what your goals are (both in the long and in the short term), what your main concerns are and what you would like to discover through data.

You’ll have the clear, data-backed answers to many of your questions related to your online presence: this will help you improve your current digital marketing strategy and gain insights into many aspects of your customers’ acquisition process.


What if I don’t have any specific question but I just would like to understand the data better?

What happens afterward?
When I provide you with the report and my findings, you can pass it on to the person who is responsible for your marketing strategy or, if you are doing it all by yourself, you can start implementing my suggestions right away. If you need further help with the implementation or other marketing services I would be glad to discuss it and find a way we could work together to reach your goals.
