Submit Your Blog To 30 RSS Directories

Last modified: November 29, 2017

Why Use This Service?

By now, we’ve all figured out how important it is to have a blog section on a website and post regularly there. However, getting the audience to discover and read your blog is not an easy task and it requires a lot of different tactics and hard work on your behalf.

If blog posts don’t generate traffic, they’re not as useful as they can and should be. Submitting your blog’s RSS feed to online directories is a great way to get your blog into the right hands, gain valuable traffic, and improve your SEO.

An RSS feed is a resource in an XML-based format that shows the latest content from a certain source (in this case, your website) and the main thing about RSS is that it is automatically updated. This means that every time you publish a new blog post it will be added to your RSS feed. By submitting an RSS feed to different directories, you provide another way for your blog content to get exposure and generate traffic.

What Does This Service Include?

If you choose to invest in this service, you can rely on me to:

  • Find high-quality, relevant RSS directories for your blog with DR (Domain Rating) equal or higher than yours;
  • Create accounts—some directories require you to create an account in order to submit the blog;
  • Determine the best categories for your blog—a lot of these directories have many different categories and I will choose the best one for your blog;
  • Manually submit your RSS feed to these directories (no automated software here);
  • Make a report for you at the end with URLs to all the directories I have submitted your blog to.

What Are The Benefits Of This Service?

Getting your RSS feed to high-quality directories will help you:

  • Promote your company’s blog or your personal blog;
  • Reach thousands of people in your target pool;
  • Gain traffic from relevant sources;
  • Improve your website’s SEO thanks to backlinks and increased link popularity.

What Do I Need From You?

All I need from you in order to start submitting to directories is the URL of your blog and your RSS feed.

What is an RSS feed?
RSS stands for Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication, and it’s a format for delivering web content that is regularly changing. It is great for blogs, because every time you add a blog post, a new URL is created and automatically added to the RSS.

What if I don’t have an RSS feed but still want this service?
If you really want to add your blog to directories this way, you will have to make an RSS feed yourself or hire someone to do it for you. There are many step-by-step instructions online that can help you make your RSS feed. In the end, you will have an XML file that needs to be added to your website. Once you’re done, you send me the URL so I can start adding is to directories.

Why are manual submissions better than automated?
Different websites have different fields you need to fill in before submitting the RSS feed. Automated systems will not do this properly, they will only submit the URL. This may cause the website or directory to not approve your submission. Also, automated systems cannot choose the best category for you—this can be done manually. The only one disadvantage of the manual website submission system is that it takes more time.

Can you do more than 30 sites?
I’m sure we can work something out, but keep in mind I will only choose websites and directories with high monthly visits and Domain Rating, that are also relevant to your industry. I will not submit your blog just anywhere.

How long will it take for you to do this?
The time it takes for submissions to be approved varies and that’s something neither you nor me can affect.
